Darkroom is a progressive omnichannel growth marketing agency focused on retail, e-commerce and consumer businesses, recognized as an Inc. 5000 fastest-growing company and a top 1% digital advertiser by Varos. As a Video Editor on the internal Marketing Team, you will shape the visual storytelling behind the brand, working with the Video Lead, Design Lead and Director to transform raw content into engaging videos for Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn. You will develop a scalable, high-output video content engine and a creative system for rapid production across channels, repurposing standout moments from podcasts, events and behind-the-scenes footage. The role is performance-driven, involving experiments with new formats and continuous refinement of output based on real-world results.
