Description

Fast-growing healthcare technology company building a full-stack AI doctor serving hundreds of thousands of patients across UK and international markets. The Web Designer owns web conversion end to end: finding insights, shaping offers, designing landing pages, funnels, quizzes and onboarding flows, then building and shipping them. The role is a full-time, fully remote individual contributor position that works mostly async and relies heavily on AI to design, build and test pages fast. Compensation is $75k-$150k per year including early stage equity.

Responsibilities

Own web conversion end to end, from insight through to live page
Design websites, landing pages, funnels, quizzes and onboarding flows
Turn patient insights into compelling value propositions and test which ones land
Translate data, research and CRO insights into high-converting designs
Get designs out of Figma into frontend code in Webflow yourself
Use AI to design, build and generate A/B tests and landing pages
Build and improve AI workflows, components and templates that scale design output
Ship fast, read the results and cut what doesn't work

Requirements

3+ years designing high-performing websites and landing pages with a portfolio that shows results
Strong understanding of user psychology and what motivates people to convert
Able to craft compelling USPs and value propositions that land on the page
Comfortable moving own designs into frontend code, Webflow experience helpful but not essential
AI-native: uses AI day to day and builds AI systems that scale output
Self-directed ownership of work from insight through to live page
Ships fast without dropping quality, prefers going live over polishing in Figma
High standards for polish, spacing, responsiveness and load speed

Conditions

Full-time fully remote role working mostly async in the timezone of your choice
Available until midday Pacific Time every weekday
Long working days and regular weekend work
Comprehensive medical insurance where appropriate
Budget for books, courses and coaching
Budget for gym and health apps
Macbook and work-from-home equipment provided as needed
Free biweekly health coaching and work coaching
Early stage equity included in compensation
