Description

The vacancy is for an AI Product Manager to own a key area of a legal AI workspace end-to-end, working closely with Engineering and Design to turn customer needs into shipped features. The product combines deep legal reasoning with generative AI to change how lawyers research, draft, and deliver legal work. The role sits in a lean, agile team with direct impact on the product, based at an AI campus in Berlin with a hybrid schedule and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

Own your product area's roadmap end-to-end, from early discovery through delivery
Prioritize based on regular conversations with customers and customer-facing teams, combined with usage data analysis
Act as the point of contact for product requests related to your area
Work closely with Engineering and Design day-to-day to scope, explore solutions, and deliver features
Identify dependencies with other product areas early, before they become bottlenecks
Coordinate with marketing, sales, legal engineering, and other internal teams as needed
Represent the customer's perspective in trade-off and prioritization discussions

Requirements

2+ years of experience in product management, including owning a customer-facing product area
A track record of bringing a product idea from early concept to a live, working launch
Solid technical understanding of AI applications
Hands-on experience working alongside engineers on technical trade-offs and dependencies
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical, legal, or adjacent field, with a Master's degree as a plus
Genuine interest in the legal field, with a background in law as a bonus
Comfortable working in English day-to-day, with German language skills as a bonus
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and urgency
Pragmatic problem solving: moving a vague problem toward a concrete, measurable result on your own initiative
Accountability and commitment to high-quality outcomes
Team-oriented approach that factors in what is good for the broader product organization
Curiosity and hands-on use of AI tools applied pragmatically in daily work
Excellent communication in English, with German as a plus
