Forward Deployed Machine Learning Engineer

Mistral AI is hiring an Applied AI, Forward Deployed Machine Learning Engineer to join its customer-facing Solutions team in Amsterdam. The role bridges frontier AI research and enterprise applications: deploying GenAI solutions into production, fine-tuning LLMs, building advanced RAG and agentic use cases, and advising clients from pre-sales through implementation. Engineers operate like startup CTOs with end-to-end ownership of complex customer projects.
