Description

A food-experience company running curated tasting events across the Netherlands, the UK and Germany is looking for a Marketing & Content Intern. The role supports a steady stream of content for the Dutch market: finding restaurants and creators, collecting footage, and preparing posts for publishing. The internship is hybrid with agreed office days in Haarlem, and most of the work is carried out in Dutch.

Responsibilities

Research restaurants, creators, photographers and videographers and build shortlists against the criteria the marketing team gives
Contact them, request footage and follow up until it arrives
Attend selected events, including some Sundays, and film dishes, pairings, guest moments and the walk between restaurants
Upload, name and label everything in Notion and Google Drive so an editor can find it without asking
Watch what restaurant partners post, respond where it makes sense and flag anything the marketing team should see
Prepare approved posts for scheduling with captions, tags, links and locations and check afterwards that they went out properly

Requirements

Fluent Dutch and strong English, both written and spoken
Currently enrolled in a relevant study programme
Available full time for at least four months
Organised and accurate, able to handle several requests and deadlines at once
Comfortable writing to restaurants and creators directly
Confident enough to ask when something falls outside the guidelines
At home on social platforms
Comfortable using Google Drive and simple spreadsheets
Available for selected Sunday events, which are always planned in advance
Nice to have: filming or editing for social media
Nice to have: Canva, Notion or Meta Business Suite
Nice to have: experience in a customer-facing job in hospitality or retail

Conditions

Hybrid format with agreed office days in Haarlem
Monthly internship allowance
Lunch with the team
Close view of how content gets made across three markets, from brief through sourcing, capture, approval and publishing
A seat at the restaurants on the company's lineups
