Responsibilities
Ensure operational follow-up of online and offline media campaigns in coordination with experts
Draw up and distribute briefs to specialised teams
Coordinate the various stakeholders to ensure smooth running of operations
Update schedules, media calendars and tracking tools
Consolidate the recommendations of the expert teams and ensure their proper implementation
Participate in preparing campaign reports and competitive reviews
Handle the administrative and financial follow-up of campaigns, including quotes, purchase orders and budget reporting
Carry out market, competition and target audience analyses to feed strategic thinking
Participate in developing media recommendations and client presentations
Contribute to building media plans and optimising investments
Support consultants in the day-to-day follow-up of clients
Relay information between clients and internal teams
Participate in follow-up meetings and guarantee the quality of campaign execution
Requirements
Master's degree in communication, marketing, advertising or media
First experience through internship, apprenticeship or first job in a media consulting agency, ideally on accounts in the luxury sector
Good understanding of online and offline media levers and interest in brand communication strategies
Appetite for data analysis, market research and marketing issues
Ability to manage several projects simultaneously with method and efficiency
Comfort in preparing presentations and formalizing recommendations
Good command of PowerPoint and Excel
Fluent French (C1-C2), both written and spoken; English is a real plus (minimum B2-C1)
Intellectual curiosity and strong interest in media, the luxury sector, brands and communication
Sense of organisation and rigor in project follow-up
Analytical mindset and ability to synthesise complex information
