Performance Marketing Lead

Senior performance marketing role in a fast-growing, omnichannel personal care brand, reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing. The role owns blended CAC, ROAS, payback and revenue targets at function level, together with measurement maturity and an AI-first operating model.
