Description
Thinkproject is hiring a Technical Project Manager to coordinate implementation and managed operations of its business solutions for the construction, infrastructure and energy sectors. The role owns project timelines, risks, budgets, task prioritization and stakeholder communication from initiation to closure. Projects range from standalone initiatives reporting to a Project Sponsor to programs within a larger portfolio.

Responsibilities
Manage projects from initiation to successful closure with effective handover to relevant functions
Track project progress and control scope, timelines and deliverables
Manage documentation including project plans, charters, budget forecasts, project logs and tracking tools
Handle change management and risk mitigation across project phases
Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams aligned with project objectives
Define clear project scope and establish measurable goals and milestones
Provide regular updates to internal teams and external clients on progress, issues and risks
Act as strategic thought partner to the executive team on business planning and portfolio prioritization
Monitor project milestones and ensure on-time delivery of key deliverables with high quality
Coordinate and prioritize tasks, manage timelines, risks, revenues and costs
Report to Project Director under Program Governance or to Project Sponsor for standalone projects
Requirements
Completed education at HBO or WO level or equivalent
5+ years of Project Management experience as Project Manager or Lead managing projects and teams individually
In-depth understanding of industry software solutions, best practices and service delivery standards
Strong knowledge of construction, infrastructure and energy sectors in relation to asset management lifecycle
Experience with software implementation projects
Construction industry background is highly desirable
Project Manager certificate, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI Certificate or SCRUM Master are a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset
Ability to manage various stakeholders effectively
Team player able to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
