Ability to structure complex requirements, advocate design decisions convincingly and align pragmatically with Product, UX, Tech, clients and further stakeholders
Confidence in workshops, presentations and client meetings plus the ability to lead specialist discussions independently
Active use of AI tools in the design process, for example for exploration, prototyping, systematization or more efficient design workflows
Experience with scalable, multi-brand or white-label design systems
Experience with Design Tokens, Storybook or Design to Code workflows
Experience with AI-supported design systems, generative UI approaches or AI-based prototyping workflows
