Description

Saga Legal AI is a European legal tech company building AI tools for legal professionals across multiple jurisdictions and 12 languages, with 90+ people and 6,000+ users in 25 countries. The company is hiring a Senior Product Designer for the Amplify team, which owns the platform's adoption layer: onboarding, in-app guidance and AI customisation. The designer will turn adoption problems into flows, states and UI, prototype with AI as a standard part of the workflow and contribute to the Saga design system.

Responsibilities

Turn messy adoption problems into product flows, states and UI
Explore many wireframe directions and kill the weak ones with reason
Prototype real interactions as clickable flows, not only static screens
Use AI as a normal part of design and prototyping
Design onboarding and in-app guidance as product, not tooltips
Work from evidence using product data and qualitative signals
Follow the Saga design system and contribute patterns beyond one screen

Requirements

Exceptional UX skills from vague idea to a flow covering every state
Strong conceptual thinking turning rough ideas into reactive designs
High-volume exploration and prototyping with AI as part of workflow
Strong UI craft with work ready to ship in product
Clear communication explaining design choices to non-designers with ease

Conditions

Competitive base salary aligned with experience and local market standards
High level of ownership and autonomy with trust to experiment
Occasional team trips and work sessions at Amsterdam or Oslo hubs
Dedicated annual learning budget for conferences and courses
International English-speaking team collaborating across cultures every day
