Description

Constructor.io — remote-first company that provides product search and discovery for the world's largest retailers and serves billions of queries weekly, betting on metrics rather than features. The company is actively investing in Agentic Discovery — a portfolio of AI products, including AI Shopping Assistant, Product Insights Agent, and Prism recommendations. As a Staff Product Manager, you will first take on business tooling and dashboards for agentic discovery, and then set the multi-quarter strategy for the entire direction with a clear path to Director. The position is fully remote in the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

Own business impact by driving measurable lift in usage, conversion, revenue and engagement across agentic experiences
Build dashboards and tooling that give business teams transparency into and control over agentic experiences
Turn one-off agentic experiments into a repeatable, scalable way to launch, measure and improve new interfaces
Define the multi-quarter vision and strategy for the Agentic Discovery chapter and tie it to customer outcomes
Lead the strategy and roadmap of the business-tooling and dashboard experience first
Orchestrate on-site agentic experiences, offsite surfaces and integrations behind one definition of success
Partner with ML and engineering to take agentic and LLM-powered experiences from idea to production
Define and instrument metrics such as go-live velocity, usage, engagement and business outcomes
Treat explainability, control and guardrails as first-class requirements to keep products trustworthy
Grow the mandate from business tooling into chapter-wide leadership across the full agentic portfolio

Requirements

Extensive product management experience of typically 8+ years in AI/ML, agentic, search or discovery products
Experience operating at a senior or staff level with a track record of moving business metrics at scale
Proven ability to drive usage, conversion, revenue and engagement rather than just shipping features
Experience building for business users and operators such as merchandisers and category managers
Deep understanding of AI/ML/LLM product tradeoffs around quality, latency, cost and reliability
Comfort with zero-to-one ambiguity and with scaling experiments into a repeatable portfolio
Rigorous measurement-first mindset that ties every experience back to usage and business outcomes
Excellent cross-functional leadership to align ML, engineering, design and go-to-market teams
Strong instinct for trust, treating transparency, control and guardrails as core requirements
Ability to set direction where none exists yet and lead through clarity and credibility
