Description
The company manages more than 300,000 m² of warehouses and ships over 14 million parcels a year, supporting a reliable, fast, simple and affordable delivery promise. The Data Analyst measures, secures and improves stock accuracy by tracking discrepancies closely and working with field teams. The role covers stock reliability KPIs, reconciliations between physical stock, WMS and ERP, inventories, root-cause analysis, master data quality, reporting and automatic alerts.

Responsibilities
Track stock reliability KPIs: accuracy rates by location and reference, value and quantity discrepancies, accurate location rates and inventory gaps
Reconcile physical stock with the WMS and ERP or client system, analyze discrepancies and correct them with the relevant teams
Prepare and run rolling inventories with ABC prioritization and risk zones, plus annual inventories, analyze results and prepare client reporting
Find the origin of discrepancies such as storage, picking or data entry errors, untracked movements, breakage and shrinkage, and follow up action plans
Monitor sensitive stock: blocked, quarantine, disputed and non-compliant items, dormant and slow-moving references, expiry dates and lot and serial traceability
Ensure quality of basic data: item records with dimensions, weight, packaging and logistics units, and location setup in the WMS
Produce dashboards for site management and clients and prepare monthly and quarterly performance reviews
Set up automatic alerts for negative stock, inconsistent locations and abnormal movements, and run regular checks
Requirements
Degree or training in logistics
At least 3 years of experience as a team leader in a similar environment
Strong rigor, an investigative mindset and a critical view of data
Comfortable working with field teams and clients
Reactive and able to respond effectively to malfunctions or difficult situations
Customer-oriented, focused on guaranteeing optimal service quality
