Visual & Motion Designer

The employer acquires and improves digital businesses to own and operate them for the long term, with minimal hierarchy, small talent-dense teams and deep integration of AI into everyday work. The Visual & motion designer creates visual assets across every touchpoint — from paid and organic social content to product visuals, brand assets and presentation decks — owning quality from brief to final output. The role means delivering at pace across multiple projects, using AI tools to accelerate creative workflows, and taking initiative beyond fully formed briefs. The company offers flexible hours, remote working, equity access and strong growth opportunities, with an office-based onboarding period at the start.
