A fast-growing Barcelona-based startup that builds, launches and scales its own subscription-based AI and productivity apps. The ASA Lead joins the Growth team to own and scale Apple Search Ads strategy across one or several of the company's apps, working closely with Performance Marketing and Creative. The role covers full campaign ownership: structure, launches, keyword research and a continuous experimentation roadmap, with weekly reporting on performance. Remote work from anywhere in Europe is offered alongside flexible hours and high-end equipment.

Responsibilities

Own the full ASA strategy across the apps you manage
Structure, launch and optimize campaigns across all ASA placements: Search Results, Search Tab, Today Tab and Product Pages
Run continuous keyword research, expansion and negative-matching process
Build a relentless experimentation roadmap covering bids, structures, audiences and custom product pages
Work hand-in-hand with the Creative team to test CPPs and creative variants
Partner with Performance Marketing to align ASA with the broader UA strategy
Report on performance, surface insights and push the strategy forward week after week

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Economics or a related field
3+ years of hands-on experience running Apple Search Ads at scale
Preferably in-house experience at a product or app company, not an agency-only background
Proven track record of scaling ASA for subscription or consumer apps
Deep understanding of ASA mechanics: bidding strategies, match types, keyword research, search match, CPPs
Strong knowledge of ASO fundamentals and how they interact with ASA
Familiarity with MMPs such as AppsFlyer and Adjust, and with SKAdNetwork
Highly iterative mindset based on dozens of small, well-designed tests rather than big bets
Perseverance and patience with the understanding that ASA performance compounds over time
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
Fluent English, which is the working language of the company
Ability to clearly communicate strategy, hypotheses and results to non-ASA stakeholders
Nice to have: experience managing ASA across multiple apps or geos
Nice to have: familiarity with ASA automation tools such as SearchAdsHQ, Bidnamic, Kochava
Nice to have: experience collaborating with creative teams on CPP testing

Hybrid work format with office hub in Barcelona
Full-time employment
Remote work from anywhere in Europe
Flexible working hours
Competitive compensation
High-end equipment for your development
Key role inside a fast-growing Growth team
Ownership over the ASA strategy across one or several apps
Team of senior operators with a track record of building and exiting companies
