Description

ProSiebenSat.1 is hiring a Business Analyst for its Business Services area, working on forward-looking projects where analytical skills and design motivation are applied. The role sits between business and IT: analysing business processes, building automated reporting in modern BI tools and developing data-driven solutions with SQL and ETL pipelines. It follows the hybrid "Flexibel" model with one to two days on site in Berlin and the rest remote.

Responsibilities

Continuously analyse business processes and identify optimization and automation potential through data-driven analyses
Create evaluations and automated reports in modern BI tools to visualize and document KPIs
Develop data-driven solutions using SQL queries and write code for data processing, automation and integration of data sources
Understand ETL data flows and optimize data pipelines to ensure data quality and availability
Act as a bridge between business and IT, driving data-driven decisions

Requirements

Completed degree in economics, business informatics, computer science or industrial engineering
Prior experience as a Business Analyst or in a comparable analytical role
Solid knowledge of Qlik Sense and/or Power BI
Practical experience in dashboard and report development
Solid SQL and PowerQuery skills for data querying, cleansing and transformation
Sound knowledge of ETL processes, data pipelines and modern data platforms such as Databricks
Fluent German and solid written and spoken English
