Description
A global marketing and advertising agency network founded in 1901 in Tokyo and represented in more than 145 countries is hiring a Communication Consultant for its media consulting team in Hamburg/Berlin. The role supports holistic communication consulting with a media focus, client projects in entertainment, campaign planning, reportings and presentations, and operational campaign execution. The position is full time and permanent, based in Berlin with flextime and home office options.

Responsibilities
Supporting the team in holistic communication consulting with a focus on media, contributing to campaign development and implementation
Supporting client projects focused on entertainment, preparing documents and taking on first independent tasks in coordination with the team
Contributing to campaign planning, reportings and presentations and ensuring information and deliverables are reliably prepared
Supporting operational campaign execution, ensuring quality in processes and documents and taking on first more responsible tasks with growing experience
Requirements
First professional experience of about 1–2 years in an agency environment in media, digital or marketing
Good basic understanding of digital media, marketing and communication plus interest in classic and digital media channels
First experience in communication consulting or project support, with the ambition to understand topics quickly and implement them cleanly
Enthusiasm for digital trends, new platforms and their sensible use in campaign and communication contexts
Clear understanding of KPIs, reporting and data-driven work and interest in advancing campaigns based on results
Basic understanding of market research, target groups and market-media studies plus willingness to learn the relevant tools and methods
German language skills at least at B2 level and presentation-ready English skills
