The candidate will become the internal expert on the DACH market for the Content and Growth teams

Responsibilities

Be the daily voice of the brand in German and French on LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube: reply to comments and messages, moderate conversations, flag product questions and feedback to the right teams
Adapt English and Spanish posts into German and French, localizing hooks, examples, references and CTAs, and schedule them in Metricool
Keep the German and French editorial calendars up to date, aligned with the Social Media Team Leader and the global content plan
Record weekly short social videos and monthly long-form YouTube videos in German, adapt scripts and review edits for language accuracy
Spot local trends, formats and competitors in DACH and French-speaking markets and bring fresh ideas to the social plan
Support the Growth team's German influencer campaigns and Ads with content and language review
Work closely with the Social Media, YouTube and Growth teams and the video editor to align every German and French piece
Become the go-to reference for the DACH market inside the Content and Growth teams
Share ideas, learnings and best practices in team brainstorming sessions

Requirements

Based in Spain
At least 2 years of experience in content creation or social media management
Experience in community management, or a clear interest in it
Experience creating B2B or SaaS content for the German market is highly valued
Degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism or a related field is a plus
Native German, with excellent writing skills
Advanced English (C1), our team's working language
French is a strong plus: native or high C1 allows recording in French, B2–C1 is enough for community management and post adaptation
Strong copywriting in German for social media: hooks, captions, CTAs and comment replies, with ability to adapt to an established brand voice
Natural on-camera presence in German; experience recording for social media or YouTube is a plus
Good knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube and their formats and trends
Portfolio of posts, content examples or managed social accounts is a nice to have
Proactivity and initiative: bring your own ideas without waiting to be told
Autonomy and sound judgment, working in languages nobody else on the team speaks
Organization and time management to handle two languages across three networks
Cultural sensitivity to adapt tone, references and messages to each market
Collaborative attitude to work remotely in an international team

Conditions

100% remote work from any location of choice in Spain, with processes via Slack and Google Meet

Annual team meetups once a year to bring the team together
