Description

A leading international financial institution providing advisory, investment banking, financing, commercial banking and capital markets services. The Delivery Manager joins the IT application transformation team and acts as a link between IT Dev, Business Analyst and infrastructure teams. The role supports APS teams in their transformation and increases transversality between teams. The position is based in Paris with the possibility of remote work.

Responsibilities

Act as a liaison with IT Dev and Business Analyst teams
Support APS teams in their transformation
Improve support for development teams working in build mode
Work in closer proximity to the group's infrastructure teams
Increase transversality between our teams

Requirements

At least 10 years of experience in dev lead or manager roles
Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong capacity for listening
Leadership and ability to drive engagement around shared goals
Governance and methodology expertise
Mastery of English at B2 level
Experience in application support and incident management would be beneficial
Mastery of Agile methodologies
Knowledge of DevOps
Knowledge of Lean Management
Ability to coordinate transversally across business, IT and infrastructure
