Description

A global facilities-management software company born in Porto is hiring a Delivery Manager based in Barcelona to own enterprise implementations end-to-end for large EMEA customers. The role runs each project from sales handover to go-live: milestones, executive governance, data migration, integrations, risk management and reporting. This is not a typical project management role — it requires leading without formal authority and staying composed with C-level stakeholders under pressure.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise implementations from handover to go-live with clear milestones and deliverables
Run steering committees and executive reviews with C-level stakeholders at large organisations
Deliver within agreed scope and hours, track time accurately, escalate scope drift early
Coordinate customer operations, IT and procurement with Product, Integrations and Sales colleagues
Drive data migration from legacy systems and delivery of integrations
Identify, track and escalate risks and actions in project tooling
Produce weekly status updates and monthly reports a customer executive can read quickly
Handle missed customer dependencies, product gaps and timeline changes directly and early
Feed lessons from the field back into how projects are scoped, sold and delivered

Requirements

Business-level English fluency, non-negotiable
Native-level or fluent Spanish; French is a huge plus
Based in or near Barcelona, Spain, and available to travel to customer sites
Proven experience leading steering committees with C-level stakeholders under high pressure
Track record of delivering enterprise B2B SaaS implementations end-to-end including data migration and integrations
Ability to align teams you do not manage towards a shared deadline
Commercial discipline to respect agreed scope and effort and raise issues early
Concise, honest written and spoken communication from site technicians to the boardroom
Skilled in using AI tools to streamline daily operations and enhance performance
Operational rigour keeping plans, time tracking and documentation current
Experience with facilities management, CMMS or field-service platforms is a significant plus
Project management certification is welcome but not mandatory
