Description

The role sits in the Barcelona Experience Center, part of a global network of immersive spaces where customers and partners engage with the latest enterprise solutions through live demos, real-world use cases and interactive showcases. The Design & Communications Specialist turns ideas, messaging and technical content into polished visual and multimedia experiences for internal teams and for visiting customers and partners. It is an early-talent, limited full-time contract based in Barcelona with 0-10% expected travel.

Responsibilities

Design and produce visual materials for internal use: SharePoint content, one-pagers and presentation decks for sales and pre-sales teams
Create visual assets, presentations and interactive experiences used directly with customers and partners during live engagements and events
Plan, film and edit video content end to end: webinars, executive pitches, short-form innovation videos, industry trend content and company-wide meetings
Build and maintain reusable templates, layouts and design systems so output stays consistent and assets are not rebuilt from scratch
Coordinate the logistics and operations behind livestreams and video production together with the wider team
Support cross-team content and communication initiatives across the broader EMEA organization
Continuously explore new design, video and AI tools and bring improvements back to the team

Requirements

1-2+ years of experience in visual design, presentation design, video editing or multimedia content production
Portfolio demonstrating design work, video editing and visual storytelling
Graduation date no longer than 2 years ago, the role is aimed at early talent
Proficiency with Figma, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop and Camtasia or equivalents
Willingness to learn new design and video tools as needs evolve
Strong understanding of visual communication, layout, typography and brand consistency
Ability to turn complex or technical information into clear, visually accessible content for a general audience
Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholder feedback at the same time
Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with global, cross-functional teams
Ability to work independently while following brand guidelines and creative direction
Nice to have: experience creating content for a corporate, technology or B2B environment
Nice to have: experience with generative AI tools for visual design, video production or content workflows
Nice to have: experience supporting live events, executive visits or public-facing showcases
Nice to have: additional European languages beyond English
