Description

Digital brand designer role in a product company where design is shifting from campaign materials toward the website, digital experiences and brand systems. The designer works directly with the Head of Brand on evolving the brand toward the product's new visual language, then on the website and digital brand experience, plus launches and campaigns. Ownership is central: asking the right questions before a brief, structuring how design work is requested and approved, and building templates, components and AI-driven automation so the whole team ships consistently. Around 4+ years across digital, brand, web and marketing design is the expected level, with advanced Figma, UX/UI and responsive design skills.

Responsibilities

Design and evolve the website, landing pages and campaign experiences from the thinking behind a page to responsive designs and prototypes in Figma
Help evolve the brand and visual language so it works across web, product and marketing
Improve UX and UI across key website journeys, design with conversion in mind and support experimentation
Develop visual concepts and hero assets for campaigns and product launches and carry them through ads, social, ebooks, reports, presentations and event materials
Build reusable templates, components and workflows so the team moves faster without losing consistency
Bring structure to how design work gets requested, briefed, reviewed, handed off and approved
Find repetitive work that AI or automation can take over and build assets colleagues can use themselves
Brief and work with external specialists when a project needs development, motion, video or illustration

Requirements

Ownership of projects from brief to delivery, asking what the work is for before starting
Portfolio showing website, landing page and campaign design for tech or B2B brands, in house or agency
Around 4+ years across digital, brand, web and marketing design
Advanced Figma, strong UX/UI fundamentals and responsive design, comfortable handing work to developers
Systems thinking: turning work made for the third time into reusable templates and components
Ability to bring structure to loose or ambiguous briefs and improve existing work instead of starting blank
High standards for craft and consistency, with judgement on when something is good enough to ship
Illustration skills or a portfolio showing strong product visualization and composition
Proactive mindset for automating repetitive tasks with AI and building assets colleagues can use themselves
