Description

Digital Data Analyst, App Analytics role focused on turning customer behaviour into insights that directly influence the mobile app experience and product roadmap. Working within the B2C Digital Experience team, you will analyse the full app customer journey across iOS and Android — from acquisition and onboarding to engagement, conversion and retention. The work is hands-on with GA4, Firebase, SQL and modern data platforms, in close partnership with product managers and developers. AI tools are applied daily to automate repetitive tasks and accelerate insight generation.

Responsibilities

Analyse the end-to-end mobile app customer journey, including acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, conversion, retention, churn and reactivation
Use GA4 and Firebase to analyse customer behaviour, events, funnels, screen flows, feature adoption and in-app drop-offs across iOS and Android
Own and continuously improve app analytics tracking together with product managers and developers, ensuring new features are measurable from launch
Use SQL and modern data platforms such as Databricks to explore large event datasets, identify behavioural patterns and turn data into actionable product insights
Evaluate app releases, experiments, push notifications, deep links and new features, helping teams understand what drives customer engagement and business outcomes
Apply AI and agentic AI tools in daily analytics work to automate repetitive tasks, accelerate insight generation and develop smarter ways of solving data problems
Build dashboards and self-service reporting while acting as a trusted analytics partner to product, marketing, engineering and market teams

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, data analytics or a related field, combined with approximately 3–5 years of experience in digital, app or product analytics
Strong hands-on experience with Google Analytics / GA4 and a solid understanding of event-based digital analytics, customer journeys, funnels and conversion analysis
Hands-on experience with Firebase, ideally within a mobile app analytics and tracking environment
Strong SQL skills and the ability to independently query, analyse and interpret large digital or behavioural datasets
Practical professional experience using AI tools in analytics workflows, ideally including AI agents, automation or AI-assisted analysis rather than only chat-based AI tools
Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear insights and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience with Python, Databricks, Power BI or similar technologies is an advantage; experience with app attribution, experimentation or mobile measurement platforms is an additional plus
Fluent English skills, a collaborative mindset and the ability to independently drive topics forward
