Description

H Company is an AI research and product company building autonomous agentic AI systems. The Digital Manager owns the online engine as a senior individual contributor in the Growth pillar, leading the website redesign, SEO and GEO, and paid acquisition to generate qualified enterprise pipeline worldwide. The role works with Brand Lead, Content Manager, Sales, RevOps and external web and paid agencies.

Responsibilities

Own the redesign of the website end to end: brief, select and steer a web agency, from architecture and UX to build, launch and iteration
Set the site's technical standards: CMS, performance, accessibility, security, and a multi-market setup (France, UK, US) that scales
Own tracking, analytics and attribution, with a clean integration into HubSpot
Decide the platform, architecture and conversion choices
Design the journeys that turn enterprise visitors into qualified demo requests, by persona and use case
Run a continuous testing roadmap (A/B tests, landing pages, forms, demo flow) and decide what ships on evidence
Work with Sales and RevOps on lead qualification and routing
Lead technical and strategic SEO: site health, information architecture, keyword strategy, international SEO
Build presence in AI answers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, AI Overviews), measure share of voice
Partner with the Content Manager on the content that ranks and gets cited
Own paid strategy and budget, steer paid agency on LinkedIn, Google and other channels
Brief, challenge and arbitrate with a pipeline logic: cost per qualified lead, cost per opportunity
Support account-based campaigns on priority enterprise accounts with Sales
Manage the digital budget and agencies (web, paid, freelancers)
Report on performance monthly: traffic, conversion, organic and AI visibility, paid efficiency, pipeline generated
Use own AI agents where they help, and test new tools before others do

Requirements

6+ years in digital marketing, growth or web, including for a B2B SaaS or tech company selling to large enterprises
Led a website redesign end to end with an agency, and can show what it changed in conversion and pipeline
Strong technical SEO skills, already experimenting with visibility in AI answers and measuring it
Steered paid agencies on LinkedIn and Google with a B2B pipeline logic, know how to brief, challenge and arbitrate
Master analytics, tracking and attribution, at ease with HubSpot
Data-driven and hands-on: build own dashboards, read the numbers, and ship
Fluent English is required; French is a strong plus
