Description

A technology platform at the heart of automotive logistics is hiring its first full-time Product Manager in Paris to establish product as a dedicated function. The role owns product priorities across B2B client platforms, a driver app, internal tools and back-office, working in a pair with Tech. The first six months cover immersion, diagnosis of key problems and delivery of an agreed product roadmap with rituals and metrics.

Responsibilities

Carry the voice of the field and own product priorities across all products: B2B client platforms, driver app, internal tools and back-office
Talk to everyone: operations, sales, customer service, finance, Tech, and above all clients and drivers
Identify and rank the biggest problems costing time, margin or satisfaction, backed by numbers
Run discovery to validate the right problems and solutions before building
Prioritize and arbitrate between client needs, business goals, operational constraints and technical challenges
Frame needs, write specs and validate in acceptance testing together with Tech, arbitrating between new features, tech debt and business impact
Analyze data, build mockups and no-code prototypes and run user tests autonomously before mobilizing the team
Measure the impact of what has been shipped and adjust accordingly
Share learnings with the whole company and lay the first foundations of the Product method

Requirements

3 to 6 years of Product Management experience, ideally in a startup or scale-up where you built many things yourself
Genuine curiosity for field work: you prefer visiting a client or a driver over guessing their needs
Ability to listen, ask the right questions and distinguish a symptom from a real problem
Autonomy in a poorly structured environment: you do not wait for a framework, you create it
Comfort with tech (API, data, technical debt) and autonomy on data: you produce your own numbers (SQL, BI tools)
Understanding of the business stakes behind the product: revenue, margin, operational costs, automation
Ability to make decisions and own them with field and business arguments, aligning developers, operational teams and clients
Experience in B2B, marketplace, logistics or mobility is a real plus
Fluent French and professional English

Structured first six months: immersion with teams, field missions with drivers, diagnosis with quick wins, then an agreed product roadmap with rituals and metrics
