Description

Healthcare AI company uses ambient sensors to capture activity, sleep, respiration and gait so care teams can react to risk events like falls and run long-term health analysis. The product is scaling across the Nordics, UK, DACH and US after a $20M Series A. We are hiring an experienced Frontend Engineer to own customer-facing features end-to-end across the web app, the mobile app and the APIs behind them. The role also owns code quality, CI/CD pipelines, automated tests and privacy-conscious delivery of health data.

Responsibilities

Own features end-to-end, from design discussions through implementation to production rollout across multiple markets and languages
Work on the web app, the mobile app and the APIs behind the features
Talk to care staff and the customer success team every week, visit care facilities, and turn feedback into clearly scoped product changes
Improve CI/CD pipelines and automated tests, keep infrastructure scalable, and build guardrails for AI coding agents
Work with APIs, data models and services — help shape, improve and fix the systems behind the features
Ship with care for health data: access control, auditability, privacy by default, and staged rollouts for new features

Requirements

Several years of experience building production web applications
Strong TypeScript skills — this is the language for everything they build
Solid production experience with React on the web and/or React Native
Experience with CI/CD and automated testing, and a strong sense of good code quality
Great product taste and a keen eye for UX, works well with designers and can make design decisions
Comfortable talking directly with non-technical users and turning messy feedback into concrete decisions
Previous startup experience and/or shipping a product where you owned the outcome from idea to adoption
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team

Conditions

Full-time employment
Expect travel to the US to meet users and team members
A Copenhagen-based office with close collaboration, no async-only culture
Participation in the warrant program (stock options)
A small team where your decisions directly shape the product
