Functional Analyst H/F

Within the Digital Strategy & Data department (DSND) of a federation representing nearly 500 mutual insurance organisations, two functional analysts are needed on permanent contracts to support business teams from needs gathering through continuous improvement of information-system solutions. The analyst works alongside project managers and project directors, analyses needs, coordinates the parties involved and contributes to implementing changes. The scope covers functional design, specifications and business rules, functional acceptance testing, user support during rollout and change management. A second block of duties is the ongoing functional monitoring of applications in operation, incident analysis and continuous improvement of processes and service quality.
