Description

The company is hiring a Functional Analyst (m/f/d) in its software development area, ideally with experience serving large public sector clients. Responsibilities

Requirements gathering
Functional analysis and definition
Generating functional documentation
Communication with the technical team
Validation and participation in user acceptance testing (UAT) with the client
Support and continuous improvement

Requirements

Advanced Catalan, spoken and written
At least 3 years of experience as a functional analyst
Good communication skills with both the client and development teams
Analysis and synthesis skills
Empathy with the user/client
Ideally experience with large public sector clients
