Description

A B2B marketing agency is looking for a Graphic Designer to own the visual side of creative campaigns across LinkedIn feeds, websites, banners and client sales materials. The work centers on motion graphics, key visuals and ad formats, plus campaign content like guides, one-pagers and sales presentations. The designer plans their own work, collaborates with copywriters and strategists, presents visual directions to clients and uses AI tools in the daily workflow.

Responsibilities

Own the visual side of campaigns and decide how a new campaign looks
Turn concepts into assets that work in the feed, including assets that need to move
Create motion graphics and short animated ads
Design key visuals and visual systems that hold a campaign together across formats
Produce single image ads, carousels and document ads
Deliver banner ads in all standard sizes for websites and news sites
Create landing page and email visuals that match the ads
Design campaign content such as guides, one-pagers, case stories and sales presentations
Question weak briefs and come with a better idea
Plan, prioritize and deliver your own work
Team up with copywriters, strategists and the Performance team
Present visual directions to clients and push back when something will not work
Give honest feedback to teammates in a small team
Explore directions and produce faster with AI tools and share what works with the team

Requirements

Strong motion design skills, After Effects is your home turf
A portfolio that makes people stop scrolling
Curious about what makes an asset work and keep testing to improve
Work confidently in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop and AI tools of your choice
Can take a brief and deliver without being chased
Like explaining your work to clients, not just making it
Would rather ask what if we tried this than do what has always been done
Understand that B2B buyers are people too and good design gets attention in a LinkedIn feed
Experience with B2B, manufacturing or SaaS clients is a plus
Knowing how ad platforms crop and display formats is a plus
Fluent working proficiency in both Danish and English

Mondays are fixed because the team plans the week, the rest is planned together
Open to a steady freelance collaboration with the right person
