Group Product Design Manager

A leadership role in a product design function at a fintech savings platform, reporting to the Head of UX. The manager is accountable for the performance of the design team, line managing senior individual contributors and player-coaches, setting the direction for design quality and owning the Design System. The role also drives the shift to AI-augmented ways of working and builds partnerships with Product, Engineering, Research, Brand and Content up to executive level. It is a leadership position rather than a squad-based design role, with hands-on involvement where it helps the team.
