Growth Lead

Referment is partnering with a growing technology company that provides software to organisations across the charity, social-impact and public sectors. The company is looking for a Growth Lead to take ownership of inbound growth and significantly increase the number and quality of prospective customers discovering the business. This is a highly hands-on role focused on reaching niche audiences, experimenting with new channels and campaigns, measuring what works, and turning attention into qualified sales opportunities. It also supports expansion into new international markets.
