Description

A distributor of RX and OTC pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements and medical devices is looking for a Junior Product Manager based in Warsaw. The role covers creating and executing the marketing strategy for an assigned product, managing the marketing budget and running the launch of new products from planning to execution. It involves market and competition analysis in oncology, cooperation with medical experts and sales teams, and is offered as a full-time employment contract in an international environment.

Responsibilities

Create and implement the marketing strategy for the assigned product, managing the process of launching new products from planning to execution
Manage the budget: plan and monitor the marketing budget
Analyse the market and competition and identify advantages and challenges for products in the oncology area
Cooperate with opinion leaders, medical facilities and experts in the field of oncology
Analyse market and sales data and prepare practical recommendations supporting sales and marketing activities
Prepare promotional materials and working tools for sales teams
Organise and conduct product and marketing training for the sales department

Requirements

First experience of at least 1 year in a similar position
Ability to independently develop a marketing strategy and to create and verify marketing materials, with attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ease of building relationships with business partners and KOLs
Analytical thinking and ability to draw conclusions from market data
Very good command of English, both spoken and written

Conditions
