Lead Technical QA

Raw Power Games is a fully funded games studio based in Copenhagen, currently growing to 80–90 employees and planning to release its first game in 2026. The team is built largely from industry veterans and works with a flat hierarchy, flexible hours and remote options. As Lead Technical QA you take ownership of the overall direction of QA: leading an established team of experienced QA professionals, defining long-term strategy, and shaping internal, external and automated testing as the studio grows into a multi-project organisation. The role is strategic but still hands-on, working closely with production, development leadership, DevOps and outsourcing partners.
