Lead/Senior Designer

A lead-level design role combining classical craft with AI-native workflows. The designer owns visual and motion craft — art direction, interface design, typography — and raises the quality bar across the team. The work covers spec-driven design, tokenized machine-readable Figma systems, Git-based workflows, AI prototyping and presenting creative direction to senior stakeholders
