Translate business strategy into solution roadmaps and investment cases executives can approve
Lead, mentor and develop consultants and engineers, setting clear expectations and building high-performing teams
Work with technical leads to ensure architectures, data models and AI solutions are sound, scalable and production-ready

Support scoping, estimation and proposal development for new opportunities
Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to reusable assets and accelerators
Share what works across the team and help shape how the company delivers

Culture where the team learns in public, shares what works and moves fast
