Description

A startup building a financial operating system for accounting firms and SMEs is looking for a Performance Creative Designer to turn the product into videos, ads and landing pages that actually perform. The role owns visual content production from the start, with new channels to open and budget to test, and decides what to make based on performance data. It combines short-form video editing, static creatives for paid and SEO campaigns, and landing page design in Figma. The position is hybrid, based in Barcelona with three office days and two remote days per week.

Responsibilities

Create short videos and product demos of 20 seconds to 1 minute for YouTube, Meta and LinkedIn
Edit and post-produce content recorded by the team: interviews with accounting firms, case studies and demos
Adapt each piece of content to the format and requirements of every channel
Design ads, static creatives and carousels for SEO and paid campaigns
Prepare lead magnets: downloadable PDFs, landing pages and supporting creatives
Design landing pages and web pages together with marketing and development teams
Keep a constant testing rhythm: launch variants, retire what does not work and replace it
Maintain the template and brand asset library so the team produces fast and consistently
Decide what to produce across paid media, SEO and content based on performance data

Requirements

Experience creating creatives for paid media on Google, Meta and/or LinkedIn
Portfolio of video and design work with performance creatives
Confident short-form video editing: montage, subtitles and basic motion
Graphic design skills in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar tools
Experience designing landing pages and web pages with UX/UI in Figma
Practical use of generative AI for video, image and voice production at scale
Creativity to generate hooks, angles and concepts that connect with the audience
Startup mindset: testing, fast iteration and ownership of what you touch
