Performance Marketing Manager

A hands-on Performance Marketing Manager is sought to own the day-to-day execution and optimisation of paid acquisition campaigns across the UK and Ireland. This is an individual-contributor role built around an established Meta programme with a five-figure monthly media budget, with Google and ChatGPT as secondary channels. You will work closely with the VP of Marketing and colleagues across Commercial, Product, SEO/AEO, Social Media, Design, Videography and PR, with autonomy for day-to-day decisions inside agreed budgets and priorities. Success is measured by qualified pipeline and signed customers rather than clicks or cheap leads.
