Description

Quintessentially, a luxury lifestyle management group, is hiring a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition and conversion journeys. The role covers paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, landing page CRO, reporting and agency management. Delivery-focused position centred on efficient individual member growth, with secondary focus on corporate business.

Responsibilities

Plan, build, launch and optimise campaigns across paid search, paid social, display and retargeting to the quarterly plan and budget
Work with performance agencies to monitor bids, budgets, audiences, placements, negative keywords and exclusions, making tactical optimisation decisions independently
Manage the agency to run continuous creative and copy testing, documenting what is tested, what wins and what is rolled out
Monitor pacing and spend accuracy across markets, flagging over- or under-delivery and proposing corrective action
Maintain campaign hygiene: naming conventions, conversion tracking, UTM discipline, audience exclusions and brand safety
Ensure all advertising is on-brand in tone, imagery and claim
Own the conversion performance of paid landing pages and the membership enquiry journey, briefing and shipping improvements with design and development
Run A/B tests across page layout, copy, imagery, forms and calls to action, implementing winning variants
Identify and remove friction in the enquiry-to-application journey using analytics and session data
Support SEO partners with on-page changes and technical fixes on acquisition-relevant pages
Produce weekly and monthly reporting on spend, enquiries, CPA, conversion rate and ROAS
Maintain campaign dashboards and ensure tracking accuracy as sites, forms and campaigns change
Use Google Analytics, Search Console, Salesforce and platform reporting to interrogate performance
Own the attribution model for paid acquisition, maintaining and refining how credit is assigned across channels
Act as day-to-day contact for performance agency partners, briefing campaigns and reviewing delivery
Review agency reporting critically and escalate persistent underperformance
Support international hub offices with campaign setup, tracking, reporting and troubleshooting
Maintain and share playbooks and templates so local activity meets agreed standards
Ideate, plan and execute ad hoc growth initiatives such as referral programmes, direct mail and media partnerships

Requirements

Educated to degree level, or equivalent practical experience
Minimum 5-7 years' hands-on experience in performance or digital marketing, with direct responsibility for running paid campaigns
Demonstrable hands-on competence in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, building campaigns yourself, not solely briefing an agency
Working knowledge of conversion tracking, UTM tagging and attribution basics, and the discipline to keep them clean
Confident in Google Analytics and Search Console, comfortable building and interpreting performance reports
Practical experience of A/B testing landing pages and campaign creative, and of acting on the results
Commercially minded: fluent in cost per acquisition, conversion rate and return on ad spend, able to explain performance in plain language
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with judgement to advise on advertising copy that converts without cheapening a luxury brand
Comfortable working with external agency partners and holding them to a brief
Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple live campaigns across markets without losing accuracy
Interest in the luxury lifestyle sector and an understanding of HNWI expectations and discretion
A collaborative, can-do attitude, comfortable working to a plan set by others while taking ownership of delivery within it
Experience marketing a membership, subscription or other high-consideration proposition
Exposure to international or multi-market campaign delivery
Familiarity with Salesforce

Conditions

Full-time employment in a luxury lifestyle management group
Quarterly plan and budget agreed with the Global Marketing Director
Omnichannel growth focus with individual member acquisition as priority
Cross-functional work with sales, technical operations, design and development teams
Support role for international hub offices across markets
