Performance Marketing Specialist, Paid Social & Media

Constructor builds an in-house search and discovery platform for e-commerce, using transformers and generative LLMs to power search, recommendations and shopping agents for large retailers. The company is looking for a hands-on performance marketer to own LinkedIn as a channel and run paid media across LinkedIn, Meta, content syndication, CTV and podcasts/audio. This specialist will turn Sales, Demand Gen and ABM goals into full-funnel campaigns and own the end-to-end process: planning, creative briefing, campaign setup, QA, targeting, pacing, testing, reporting and optimization. The team is fully remote and works closely with Sales, Customer Marketing, Demand Gen, Creative, Product Marketing and the EMEA team.
