Description
This vacancy combines two roles: operational PMO and Delivery Manager on complex industrial projects for large corporate clients. The mission covers planning, cost management, risk and opportunity analysis, reporting and decision support, plus delivery performance, client relationship and operational supervision of consultants. The position also leads a team of consultants through individual coaching, collective animation and talent development.

Responsibilities
Pilot project planning: build, update and animate project plans for resources, loads, milestones and interdependencies
Manage project costs: budget tracking, variance analysis and reporting
Identify and track risks and opportunities, propose mitigation or value enhancement actions
Produce and structure project reporting to support governance
Implement corrective actions when deviations occur
Run internal and external project routines such as steering committees and progress reviews
Ensure efficient execution of services across the scope, focusing on profitability, deliverable reliability and contractual commitments
Build trust with clients through rigorous follow-up and anticipation of evolving needs
Supervise consultants daily, align their work with client expectations and mobilize internal expertise
Track service performance through activity reviews, operational reporting and consolidation of key indicators
Detect growth and scope-extension opportunities and participate in bid responses
Guarantee high client satisfaction through deliverable quality, commitment keeping and clear exchanges
Contribute to collective performance via internal project control tools, dashboards and KPIs
Coach team consultants through mission scoping, field presence and regular feedback
Foster team cohesion, experience sharing and bridges between projects, managers and support functions
Support talent integration, retention and evolution toward high value-added missions
Requirements
Bac+5 degree from an engineering or business school, specialization in project management, engineering or management
3 to 5 years of experience (excluding work-study) in Project Control or complex project management
Experience in industrial environments or large programs
Proven experience in planning covering milestones, loads and dependencies
Required experience in operational or cross-functional team management
Project management and performance steering skills
Leadership, rigor, adaptability and excellent interpersonal skills
Mastery of project steering tools, ideally MS Project, Planisware, Primavera or Power BI
Strong analytical, structuring and priority management skills
Fluent French and fluent English for collaboration with international clients or partners
Conditions
Permanent contract (CDI) with cadre status
