Description

European digital trust platform building document, identity and business verification, compliance checks and e-signature in one API product. The intermediate product designer works inside a squad with a Product Manager, developers and Product Marketing, moving between discovery and delivery toward squad OKRs. The role covers user research, co-design workshops, journeys, wireframes and prototypes, plus contributions to the Design System after a recent rebrand. Hybrid format with the office in Paris and a permanent contract.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery with the PM: frame problems against squad goals, choose methods, run user research and co-design workshops
Design user journeys, wireframes and interactive prototypes fitting the design vision, new brand and technical constraints
Test solutions with users before development starts
Hand designs off to developers and follow them through to release
Support launches with Product Marketing, then track KPIs and share results
Use AI to speed up work, check its output and help design AI features that handle errors and let users correct them
Help improve the Design System and its accessibility and structure the team's Figma files, documentation and handoff
Take part in Design Critics and Knowledge Sharing sessions
Share own AI workflows and suggest better ways of working

Requirements

2 to 5 years of experience as a Product Designer, ideally on a SaaS product
API product experience is a plus; startup or large company experience both welcome
Strong Figma skills: components, auto layout, variables, interactive prototypes
Experience running user interviews and usability tests and turning findings into design decisions
Experience using a design system and contributing components to it
Knowledge of accessibility basics (WCAG) with willingness to go further
Interest in Design Ops: how files, documentation and tools are organised
Ability to explain design choices clearly with user insights and data
Curiosity about AI, hands-on use of it and understanding of its limits
Attention to detail: edge cases, states, consistency, accessibility
Fluent French (C2) and English at C1 level at least
Ownership of projects, openness to feedback and knowing when to ask for help
