Description

A sovereign generative AI platform (RAISE) is looking for a dedicated Product Manager to own the product end-to-end. The platform is already in production at major European accounts and ships a major release every 3–4 months, so the role builds on a living product rather than a blank page. Responsibilities span vision, strategy, roadmap and backlog, taking over roadmap duties currently shared by a Delivery Manager, the CSM and the Lead Dev. The desired trajectory is a Product Builder who prototypes and implements some features themselves using Claude Code.

Responsibilities

Evolve the platform end-to-end, from back to front, contributing to product decisions from vision to strategy to roadmap
Maintain the NOW / NEXT / LATER roadmap as a living outcome-first deliverable, each bet tied to a strategic objective and traced to the evidence that justifies it
Manage the in-progress development backlog in GitHub: slice, prioritize, specify and arbitrate, and run the weekly roadmap meeting
Qualify and triage support escalations with prioritization and product-vision alignment, working with Delivery Managers, the CSM and support
Run continuous discovery with customers and business champions, confronting bets with reality and promoting or demoting items based on evidence
Assess the four risks before committing: business value, usability, feasibility and business viability (legal, security, sales)
Navigate the dual persona tension between business champion speed and IT/security control as the master filter for product decisions

Requirements

Confirmed experience in Product Management / Product Ownership on a software product (SaaS / B2B platform)
Generative AI culture (LLM, RAG, agents, governance) and understanding of its enterprise challenges
Hands-on practice with AI-assisted coding tools (Claude Code or equivalent)
Ability to prioritize under uncertainty and say no
Fluent French and fluent English
Plus: real technical ease — reading code and talking with developers as a peer, understanding architecture and feasibility constraints
Plus: experience with the dual business / IT-security persona, or enterprise sales and deployment
Plus: design / UX sensitivity

Conditions

Permanent (CDI) full-time contract
Hybrid work in France, remote-friendly, minimum 2 days per month on-site in Paris
Four-stage recruitment process: HR chat, technical interview with the Core team, short situational exercise, meeting with the CPTO
Communities, tech watch, continuous upskilling and tech events for growth
