Work spans a regulated e-Pharmacy environment where test evidence must be audit-ready and patient data protected under UK GDPR.

Carry out functional, exploratory, usability, smoke and pre-release testing
Test APIs and system integrations, including request and response validation, error handling, authentication and data integrity
Perform thorough regression testing following code changes, bug fixes and platform updates
Produce clear, traceable test evidence and maintain audit-ready records of testing activity for the e-Pharmacy platform
Ensure test environments and test data protect patient and customer information using anonymised or synthetic data
Apply an understanding of UK GDPR and relevant pharmacy and healthcare requirements to test planning and execution
Identify, reproduce and track defects using Jira with clear replication steps, supporting evidence and an impact assessment
Work closely with system users and developers to investigate and replicate issues, verify fixes and prevent defects from recurring
Collaborate with developers, product owners and cross-functional teams to agree test coverage, priorities and release readiness
Provide clear updates on testing progress, risks, results and unresolved issues
Complete post-release checks and evaluations, documenting outcomes and identifying opportunities to improve future releases
Help evolve QA standards, processes, documentation and tooling across the whole technology estate
