Description

A multinational tech company operating in 50 countries is hiring an AI Voice Agent QA Engineer for a new project. The role focuses on manual end-to-end testing of AI voice agents in a contact center environment: intent recognition, self-service flows, and integrations with SAP and Genesys. This is a contract, entry-level position that still requires strong software testing experience and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Perform manual end-to-end testing of customer voice call scenarios
Validate intent recognition accuracy and call reason classification
Verify correct routing to the appropriate customer care team
Test customer journeys across different countries, languages, and business scenarios
Design and execute detailed positive, negative, and edge-case test scenarios
Validate AI-driven self-service capabilities where customers interact directly with the voice agent
Verify data collection, conversation flow, exception handling, and business rule execution
Test end-to-end repair booking scenarios, including successful integration and booking creation in SAP
Review customer feedback received from markets
Analyze call transcripts and conversation logs
Reproduce reported issues and identify defects, configuration gaps, training gaps, or AI behavior deviations
Support root-cause isolation and collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Conversation Designers, and Operations teams on corrective actions
Validate end-to-end interactions between Parloa AI Voice Agent, Genesys Contact Center Platform, SAP Backend Services, and supporting integrations and APIs
Ensure reliable data exchange and process execution across platforms

Requirements

QA Engineer / Test Analyst background with strong experience in software testing
Experience testing conversational AI solutions: voice bots, chatbots, AI assistants, virtual agents
Understanding of prompt engineering principles and ability to improve AI conversations through prompt adjustments
Experience with customer care / contact center solutions, including voice channels, telephony, IVR, or call routing
Ability to design test scenarios covering different customer interactions and edge cases
Experience with intent classification and routing validation, checking whether AI understands customer requests correctly
Experience testing end-to-end business processes, not only technical functionality
Ability to test AI integrations with backend systems: ERP/CRM workflows, case creation, repair booking
Strong analytical skills to investigate AI errors and recommend improvements
Hands-on and proactive mindset — able to explore the solution, identify issues, and suggest enhancements without heavy guidance
Good communication skills to collaborate with product owners, developers, QA leads, and business teams
Experience with conversational AI platforms such as Palora would be a plus
English proficiency for international collaboration
