Senior Backend Engineer - Ruby On Rails

A senior backend role with full ownership of a system that is business critical for the company and its customers, with room to shape the technical roadmap and run experiments. The work is hands-on: implementation, code reviews, testing, reliability and production troubleshooting in close collaboration with engineering and Product teams. The stack is built around Ruby on Rails with PostgreSQL or Redis, and an AI-first workflow with tools like Cursor and Claude Code is expected. The team works from Barcelona or fully remote within roughly four hours of CET.
