Fixed-term contract

Description

An enterprise influencer marketing platform working with major global consumer brands is hiring a Senior Client Solutions Manager on a fixed-term contract. The role owns one of the largest and most complex global accounts: 12+ sub-brands, 35+ active stakeholders and campaigns running across multiple regions. The manager runs end-to-end delivery, client onboarding, executive-level reporting and post-campaign analysis, and feeds client insight back into the product team. The position is based in Barcelona in a hybrid format.

Responsibilities

Own the global account relationship across 12+ sub-brands and multiple regions
Orchestrate cross-functional teams: creative, paid media, creator partnerships and product
Spot drift in performance, scope, relationship or timeline early and fix it with no surprises
Lead client relationships across product launches, seasonal campaigns and always-on programmes
Translate campaign data into clear executive-level recommendations using AI
Present performance against KPIs: engagement, EMV, sales lift and affiliate impact
Lead client onboarding for new briefs: build decks, verify SOW accuracy, coordinate internal teams, demo the platform
Manage timelines, scopes, budgets and execution across the full product suite with 6+ briefs running simultaneously
Lead post-campaign analysis: run internal post-mortems, build PCA decks, present performance narratives
Own exec-ready reporting through QBRs and EBRs that inform decisions, not just recap them
Keep tracking clean, watch capacity and fix inefficiencies in workflows
Surface client needs, pain points and feature requests back to the product team

Requirements

4–6+ years in influencer or creator marketing
Campaign execution experience: actually run creative marketing activations, not just managed client relationships from a distance
Enterprise account servicing at scale: multi-stakeholder, high-volume, complex accounts with many moving parts
Exceptional organisation across an unusually high volume of comms, briefs, regions and stakeholders
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who takes ownership of learning and builds internal relationships proactively
Strong hands-on campaign experience with real fluency in TikTok
Applied AI fluency: already comfortable using AI tools daily for client summaries, performance narratives and campaign analysis
Comfortable working across project management tools (Asana, Airtable, Slack) and reporting dashboards
CPG or multi-category consumer brand experience is a plus
Commercially sharp, operationally reliable and able to speak confidently about managed accounts

Conditions

Hybrid working: 3 days per week in-office, 4 days during the first 2 weeks of onboarding
25 days PTO pro-rata plus bank holidays, 4 company-wide days off, 3 wellness days and paid sick leave
Annual Learning & Development budget to invest in skills
Annual bonus scheme to recognise great work
Full-time fixed-term contract: the title states a 6-month FTC while the description states a 9-month fixed-term contract
