Description

The role combines management of a team of 100 FTEs, steering of a portfolio of industrial projects for major accounts in energy, defence, aeronautics and space, and acting as the business expert. It covers project performance (quality of deliverables, costs, deadlines, risks, KPIs and SLAs), people management (Engagement Managers, Project Leaders, career development) and growth through pre-sales, tenders and recruitment. It is a permanent contract based in Neuilly-sur-Seine with occasional client travel and a telework agreement.

Responsibilities

Manage a team of 100 FTEs and act as the expert for the business lines
Drive projects by ensuring quality of deliverables, cost and deadline control and risk management
Achieve KPIs and SLAs on outcome-based contracts and avoid overruns while maintaining project profitability
Supervise Engagement Managers, Project Leaders and staff performance
Develop skills, manage careers and identify future managers
Take part in pre-sales, tender responses and qualification of opportunities
Contribute to recruitment and develop revenue
Ensure the financial profitability of projects
Ensure customer satisfaction and customer loyalty
Structure and industrialize practices

Requirements

Engineering degree in an industrial field or a diploma from a business school
Proven experience in the industrial sector
Strong command of project management and ability to manage a team
Demonstrated leadership and negotiation skills
Strong customer orientation
Solid command of financial indicators
Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
Flexibility, active listening, autonomy and curiosity

Conditions

Permanent contract with a start as soon as possible
Location in Neuilly-sur-Seine, metro Les Sablons on line 4
