Description

Fullstack developer role on a new-generation SaaS HR platform that integrates artificial intelligence and is part of a long-term group strategy. The project moves the existing solution towards a more modern, scalable and unified product centred on innovation and user experience. The developer joins a multidisciplinary team to accelerate MVP development and bring the first product features into production, contributing directly to technical and product decisions.

Responsibilities

Develop new backend and frontend features
Take part in the design and evolution of the product
Contribute to testing and continuous code improvement
Collaborate with the Product and Design teams
Take part in code reviews and team ceremonies
Use AI tools to speed up delivery and software quality

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of software development experience
Experience in modern fullstack development
Good command of Java, Python and/or React
Backend stack: Java, Spring Boot and Python
Frontend stack: ReactJS and TypeScript
Mobile development with React Native
Data storage with PostgreSQL
Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab and CI/CD
Strong awareness of software development best practices
Autonomy, curiosity and willingness to learn
