Description

Senior fullstack developer role creating modern Digital Experience solutions on modern CMS and portal platforms with a focus on Java. You contribute to developing modern architectures in technologically demanding projects and bring impulses with broad technology expertise. Work is agile in interdisciplinary teams of frontend/backend developers, UX/UI designers, Scrum Master and Product Owner, with responsibility for your own area and mentoring of colleagues.

Responsibilities

Conceive and develop modern Digital Experience solutions based on modern CMS and portal platforms with a focus on Java
Substantially contribute to developing modern architectures in technologically demanding projects and provide impulses with broad technology expertise
Take responsibility for your area and colleagues, mentor teammates and help shape the company culture
Go new ways in development, stay on current trends and question established practices
Develop agile in interdisciplinary teams of Frontend/Backend developers, UX/UI designers, Scrum Master and Product Owner

Requirements

Developer at heart who is enthusiastic about current trends in web and software development
At least 5 years of profound project experience in software development with Java, application servers and databases as well as web technologies
Knowledge of CI/CD tools, containerization and cloud technologies
Experience in conceiving and further developing headless CMS and portal systems is a plus
Understand coding as a craft, see yourself as an expert and are interested in generating high code quality
Agile mindset, fluent German and good English
Enjoy communicating and preferably work self-organized in teams with clients and colleagues
Must-have and nice-to-have technologies: Java EE, Spring, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) or TypeScript
Search and API: Elastic Search, OSGi, REST
DevOps: GIT, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS
Testing: xUnit, SonarQube, JMeter/Gatling
CMS and portal knowledge is an advantage: Liferay DXP, Magnolia, Contentful or similar
