Description

Inetum, a European digital services group, is recruiting a senior IT Business Analyst for a bancassurance client. The mission is to secure the IT trajectory of the Financial Middle Office (MOF) by guaranteeing SI consistency, optimal use of JUMP and reliability of evolutions. A JUMP deployment in BNPP datacenters is scheduled for January 2026, and the analyst must be operational on this ecosystem immediately. The role combines business expertise in asset management with functional analysis and close work with the software editor.

Responsibilities

Secure the JUMP deployment in BNPP datacenters planned for January 2026, including business/IT alignment, acceptance validation and impact management
Make evolution requests to the editor more reliable through rigorous formalisation, SI consistency and anticipation of impacts
Accelerate the framing of the structuring programme with usable specifications, business/IT alignment and reduced time-to-market
Produce detailed functional specifications for the editor and for internal needs
Build impact mapping and a project adherence matrix
Write the framing documentation of the structuring programme: scope, stakes and macro-planning
Support the Application Owner (RA) with arbitrations, prioritisation and escalation

Requirements

Operational knowledge of JUMP, ideally already used in an MOF or asset management context, or an equivalent tool such as Simcorp, Sophis or Murex
Business experience in Financial Middle Office: valuation, reporting, securities and cash flows
Asset management expertise covering UCITS (OPCVM), mandates, regulatory topics and MOF processes
Experience of the editor interface: formalising needs, following the roadmap, contracting evolutions
Profile of MOF origin who moved to Business Analyst/IT, or an IT BA with strong asset management expertise
Seniority of 7 to 12 years of experience minimum, with more than 6 years in an autonomous and structuring posture
Ability to steer, arbitrate and escalate and to be credible in front of business teams and the software editor
Immediate availability, as the JUMP deployment is already in progress
French-language business environment with strong knowledge of financial middle office processes

Full-time position
Recruitment process lasting 2 to 3 weeks with four interview stages, including a one-hour practical case interview
Client context of a bancassurance company in BtoB patrimonial insurance
IT department of about 50 people within the AEP patrimonial and asset management perimeter
