Description

A senior product design role owning the design of marketing tools that restaurants use to reach guests, run campaigns and understand what works. The work sits at the foundation of agentic marketing products, so the experience must stay consumer-grade for operators who are not trained marketers. The designer joins a guest design team covering digital storefront and marketing surfaces, partnering with a PM, an engineering lead and other designers, and helps define how success is measured. Remote in the US with EST preferred, or hybrid in Boston or New York.

Responsibilities

Own the design of the marketing tools restaurants use to reach guests, run campaigns and understand what works
Set the design direction for marketing tools instead of taking it as a spec
Redefine a mature set of tools for an agent-assisted future
Partner with a PM, an engineering lead and designers across CRM, websites, online ordering and agentic teams
Help shape how the team measures whether the design work is succeeding
Design a consumer-grade experience for busy restaurant operators who are rarely marketers by training

Requirements

5+ years in a product design role with a portfolio showing end-to-end ownership of shipped work
Experience redesigning mature product lines, not only launching new ones
Strong systems thinking to design a coherent experience across multiple tools, workflows and entry points
Fluency in Figma plus comfort prototyping with AI tools to test ideas quickly
Experience working with PMs and engineering in a triad and running independent research
Record of using data such as usage, funnel or experiment results to make and defend design decisions
Experience with B2B or SMB products, ideally in marketing, CRM or growth
Nice to have: experience designing for AI-assisted or agentic workflows
Nice to have: background in marketing automation, email/SMS, loyalty or advertising products
Nice to have: restaurant, hospitality or small business industry experience
Nice to have: experience mentoring other designers

Full-time role, remote within the United States with EST time zone preferred

Occasional travel for team and planning sessions
Collaboration spans U.S. and Ireland time zones
Total rewards include base salary, cash bonus or commissions if eligible, equity and benefits
